Each semester one award may be given per work site to one outstanding certified AND one outstanding classified employee who meets the I Make The Difference selection criteria:
The nomination process at each worksite will be determined by the principal or supervisor. Employees may receive this award only one time during a three year period.

I Make The Difference award winners will receive:
Personal recognition from the Phenix City Board of Education at a scheduled meeting Commemorative coffee mug & Certificate of Recognition
